As a homeowner in Sunset Point, you are a member of the Sunset Point Homeowners Association (SPHOA), which is governed by a Board of Directors. Currently, the Board is made up of five voting members, each of whom is elected for a two-year term. Elections for open Board seats are held each year during the annual homeowner's meeting.

 

The Board meets once a month to discuss issues and make decisions that affect Sunset Point and its residents. Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of the month and are open to members of the community. In addition to the Board, the SPHOA has an association management company to help with the collection of dues, invoicing and payments to vendors, mailings, and other administrative tasks that keep community business running smoothly.
