Note the new guidelines adapted by the New "Property Maintenance Committee" and approved by the board.  These guidelines will take effect in 2011.  These guidelines were comprised and adopted as a result of two surveys via email and postal service that was submitted to the community.  The results from the communtiy were over 80 percent in favor of adopting such guidelines.
