It’s easy and fast to do. This is the main avenue of communication to and from your Board. SPECIAL NOTICE

EXCESSIVE SPEED
There have been several complaints of excessive speeding
in our neighborhood, especially on Sunset Point Dr.
The Board has, therefore, authorized the placement of “SPEED LIMIT” and
“CHILDREN PRESENT” signs by the Neighborhood Watch Committee to remind us all to SLOW DOWN throughout our sub-division for… SAFETY SAKE.
DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATION

The Board has received word of individuals soliciting in our neighborhood.
Soliciting is prohibited by covenant unless written authorization is given by the Board.  To prevent any indications of favoritism the Board will not grant any permits. So if you are approached by a solicitor, please advise them that soliciting is prohibited and that they are required to leave the Neighborhood or the Sheriff’s Department will be notified.  If the soliciting party does not leave, you may call the Sheriff and advise them of the situation. We have been told that the Sheriff’s Department will respond to such calls.
The Sunset Point Board and Committees extend our wishes to all for a wonderful year.  We live in a great neighborhood and want everyone to enjoy it!! So join us in attending our social activities, make good use of the pool and beach area, and certainly remember to view the spectacular sunsets from our unique vantage point over beautiful Lake Wylie.
