Location: 734 Sunset Point Drive

 

At around 11:45 am on Tuesday 8-17 we had a potential home break in. My wife and kids were home at the time. My border collie starting barking; when my wife to into the sunroom to see what was the matter; she observed a black male; approximatley 6 feet tall wearing long jean shorts and a green shirt. He was approximately 10 to 15 feet from the back of our house. As soon as he saw my wife; he ran out onto Elks Parks Road. A neighbor who was walking his dog on Elks Parks saw the man running out of our yard and said he had observed a white car parked on Elks Park Road. We notified the police; and they told us there had been numerous breakins in Harlinsdell and off India Hook; all of which the person entered through the rear of the home.
