July 1st Deadline

Mold and mildew collecting on the siding of any home must be removed before July 1st of every year.
Mold and mildew on the siding of homes in the neighborhood is unsightly and unclean, as well as unhealthy.
Any mold not removed by July 1st, or appearing on the house siding anytime between July 1st and December 31st of any given year will be subject to an automatic penalty without notice.
Overnight Parking in Sunset Point

Please remember that per the covenants, overnight parking is not permitted on any roadway within the community. This includes parking on the sidewalks.
